Megan Logan’s fondest childhood memories were of family gathering in the kitchen to prepare meals together. Drawn to the fast paced world of restaurants, Megan enrolled at the prestigious Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena to earn her chops in the kitchen. During that time, Logan completed an externship at Nick & Stef’s Steakhouse, which proved to be the start of a long and fruitful relationship with Patina Restaurant Group.
After graduating from culinary school, Logan continued her hands-on training with Patina Restaurant Group, working with the culinary programs at the Hollywood Bowl before moving on to Chef Joachim Splichal’s flagship restaurant, Patina. She rose through the ranks to the role of sous chef during her nearly 5 years at the iconic dining destination, helping the team earn a Michelin Star as well as a four star LA Times review.
At the young age of 25, she was accepted a position as the executive chef at EAT on Sunset, where she briefly worked before returning to the Patina family as executive chef at Nick & Stef’s in 2010. Logan attributes her rapid growth in the culinary industry to Patina Restaurant Group Chef and Founder Joachim Splichal. “I am forever grateful to have such an inspiring and prolific mentor as Chef Joachim.”
Back where it all began, Logan serves up an exquisite selection of meat and seafood, with elevated steakhouse sides made from top tier ingredients from around the world.
